COVID Safety
Wacif and EWOC are committed to the health and safety of all guests attending the Cultivate Summit. Following guidance related to COVID-19 and implementing the latest health and safety protocols in accordance with guidelines established by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). By registering to attend the Cultivate Summit, you attest and agree as follows:​

You will not attend in person if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms at the time of the summit.

Masks are optional and at the discretion of each attendee

If you are feeling sick or experiencing any symptoms, we kindly ask that you stay home. Thanks for doing your part to keep us all safe.

How much does it cost to attend The Cultivate Summit?

Registration for the Summit will be $50 per registrant and is inclusive of access to all summit sessions, expert open hours with leading professionals in the industry, all-day catering and the afternoon networking happy hour.

​Scholarship Program: At the Enterprising Women of Color DMV Business Center powered by Wacif, we believe there should be no barriers to accessing capital, especially knowledge capital. If you are experiencing financial hardships that make it difficult to pay please register at our Scholarship rate here: The Cultivate Summit Scholarship Registration.
*Please note: A limited number of tickets are available through our scholarship program and will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. Tickets will not be replenished.

Unfortunately all registrants are required to pre-register online to attend. Attendees can pay online using credit and debit cards.

Can I cancel or transfer my registration to someone else?
-
Full registration refunds will be processed for cancellations received by Friday, June 16. After the posted cancellation date, registrations may be transferred to another attendee but not refunded. No-shows will be billed. Please email ewocdmv@wacif.org with questions and written cancellation/substitution requests.
